The hitch is showing no signs of rust or other issues. I have a Khul bike rack that fits into the receiver allowing me to carry ebikes, or you could get a luggage or scooter carrier. I wouldnt recomend hauling a boat with a Kia Carnival, but I could move it if I had to

Im sorry to see that your hitch has received some scratches on it due to shipping. This does tend to happen and when it does, we recommend using a Rust-oleum type paint to cover up any scratches and prevent corrosion in the future during use. I have a link below for your reference. A crow foot would be your best bet to get that bolt properly torqued. Even though you're not towing with the hitch, you might sell the vehicle in the future and the new owner might want to tow with it.....
