Can you please verify the best trailer hitch for my 2023 Outlander not the sport model and which hitch-bike rack would work for that hitch and be able to hold 2 electric bikes? Thank you

The best hitch for your 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander is the Curt Hitch item # C87WR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Outlander with included hardware. It has been confirmed to fit all models of the 2023 Outlander whether you have the Sport or not. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 525 lbs maximum tongue weight and a 3,500 lbs towing capacity.
For a e-bike capable bike rack, I recommend the Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack item # HLY66ZR. This frame mounted bike rack has a 70 lbs per bike capacity and fits tires up to 4-1/2" wide. The padded clamps will grip your bikes by the downtubes or top tubes. This is a great feature for step-through bikes and bikes with fenders. The included ramp will make loading your heavy bikes easier.
