Easy to install works fine. Only complaint is it’s a little short and my bike rack is pretty close to the rear of my car.
It fits great and I have yet to use it several times but at least from a build and fit this product is great. Easy instructions, a little bit harder to actually install just because of the nature of the phev outlander frame (really limited access with a wrench).
Fit perfectly, good instructions
Product itself is well designed. Instructions are relatively easy to follow (if you have any basic understanding of how to use tools). I did have to go out and purchase a torque wrench.
Fitment on my 2023 Outlander PHEV was perfect.
However... whoever makes the decisions about packing/packaging at etrailer probably needs a new job. The way this was packed was borderline comical, and resulted in some significant damage to the coating of the reciever. It was busting out of the box in multiple spots and ground down to bare metal when it arrived at my home. I'm positive it's going to start rusting now as a result in those spots, but I didn't have time to re-paint this before our holiday road trip. Company needs to devote some more thought into this.
