Question:

Hello, I have a Curt A16 5th wheel hitch and the head leans to one side for some reason. I have reached out to Curt to try and get some info on what may be the issue or at least find out if I could buy parts and never heard back. Can someone tell me if it could be a spring or something that may need replacing and if I can buy it from eTrailer? Thank you

It sounds like your Torsion Inserts # C62NR may be worn if the Head # C16520 on your Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16120 keeps leaning to the left. You can remove the large center pin and remove the top of the head to gain access to these and inspect them for wear.
