Which of the trailer hitches do you recommend for a 2018 honda pilot exl? I see a few online and will be using it for thule attachments for bikes and small trailer. Thanks for the help.

The best trailer hitch for your 2018 Honda Pilot EX-L for both accessories and towing is the following:
- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98840
I like the # e98840 because it's concealed so only the crosstube is showing, has very good bumper and ground clearance, and a matte black powder coat which hides the inevitable scuffs better than any other hitch.
Since you mentioned you will be towing, if you also need a trailer wiring harness, the correct one will depend on if your small trailer has electric brakes or not. If it does you will need a 7-way, but if it does not have electric brakes you'll just need a 4-way:
