Question:

Ok, think youve got me hooked up with what i need to pull my 23 wrangler JLR behind my class C with the previous answer. Question being on the braking system. You recommended the Demco Stay-In Play and the battery charging system. This might be over my head to install, recommendations on this compared to some of the other braking systems im seeing on here. Thanks for all your help, I really appreciate it.

While systems like the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524 are much easier to install I still prefer the Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # DM86VR with the Charge Line # RM-156-25. The Demco does not require carrying the additional box around and having to install and remove the box whenever you connect for towing. Instead you can simply flip a switch to activate the Demco system. The Demco also ties into the vacuum boost system so you get full braking out of your Jeep under braking. While the installation is more involved with the Demco the main unit can be mounted under the hood which reduces the amount of wiring and lines which run through the firewall into your cab.
