Does the AM98NR package include: 1 Americana High Pressure Rubber Snap-In Valve Stem - 1-1/2inch Long - Up to 80 psi Item # AM20904 2 Are you able to balance this tire/wheel package prior to shipping?

The Kenda 215/60-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel # AM98NR does include a higher PSI rated valve stem that can handle 80 psi. We do not have a way to balance this wheel/tire and it's not necessary to do so. Trailer wheels do not see a benefit in getting balanced like vehicles.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
