When you’re hauling to the lake or heading out for a long highway trip, you want a tire-and-wheel setup that can handle it. The Kenda 215/60-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" Galvanized Wheel is rated Load Range C with a 6-ply construction, giving it a 935-lb maximum load at 50 psi. Saltwater, rain, and road grime won’t get the best of this wheel. The 8" x 7" steel construction is fully galvanized for corrosion resistance that holds up in humid or marine environments. The bias-ply construction uses thick nylon cords positioned at a 30- to 45-degree angle that overlap in alternating layers. This crisscross pattern makes the sidewalls stiffer so the entire tire flexes evenly over rough ground. The result is solid handling and a stable feel when pulling over uneven surfaces or backing down ramps.
This combo uses a common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, a 2.8" pilot diameter, and a zero offset that centers the hub face in the tire. The section width measures 8.9" and the outer diameter is 18.3" when inflated, giving you accurate clearance numbers before mounting. Wheel bolt size is 1/2"-20 for straightforward installation.

1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"
