To lock the BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount for 2-1/2" Hitch # HD254 to your hitch receiver I recommend the InfiniteRule Hitch Lock # 34061072-D, but if you're interested in locking the platform to the ball mount as well then you'll want the InfiniteRule Locking Pins # 34061674-D instead. This kit gives you 3 pins (2 for the platform and 1 for the hitch receiver) that are all keyed alike so you get the security of a lock and the convenience of using 1 key for the whole system.
