Question:

Will this product help with pulling rv trailer to prevent sway, also, will front sway bars help too? 2022 GMC Canyon 4 door crew cab.

The Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE47FR is primarily designed to help reduce sway/body roll on your 2022 GMC Canyon crew cab. This while not helping reduce trailer sway will still help to make towing with your trailer more stable. A front sway bar will not give you a noticeable difference with body roll while trailer towing since the majority of the weight on the rear suspension.

For trailer sway you will want to use either a weight distribution hitch with sway control built in like the Equal-i-zer # EQ37060ET, or a stand alone sway control like the Tuson Asymmetric # 335TSC-1000. If you can tell me what RV trailer you are looking at towing I can give you my personal recommendation.
