Hi, Is it possible to upgrade leaf springs and gain some height? I have tandem 3, 4K axles. Thank you

Yes, but it's going to be an extremely small amount and you'll need to add springs that have more leafs than your current ones. You'll get maybe 1/4" to 3/8" per leaf of lift.

If you could get the weight off of one side of your trailer and measure the leaf springs from the center of the mounting hole on one side to the other, I can recommend a replacement for you. I'll also need to know how many leafs you have. You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.

My current 3" axles that are rated at 4400 lb have 4 stack springs that are 1.5" tall at the axle mount. The springs measure 25 1/4". Thank you

@Michael Thanks for the information. We have the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 7,000-lb Trailer Axles item # TRU52FR. The leafs are .35" tall each so the pack will be right at 2.1" tall. How are your 3" axles orientated on your springs? If your axles are mounted above them you can use the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit item # K71-385-00 and move them below the springs. This is going to lift your trailer by the diameter of the axle plus the height of the leaf spring stack.
