The E-Chock helps stabilize race cars, hot rods, ATVs, UTVs, and other wheeled equipment that's tied down in your truck bed or trailer. And unlike other wheel chocks that have to be permanently installed, this wheel chock can be quickly and easily moved to different anchor slots on horizontal E Track (sold separately). This means that you can easily adjust your setup depending on what you're hauling. The spring-loaded lever on the E Track fitting lets you snap the wheel chock into place and then remove it when you need to install it into a different anchor slot. Sturdy, easy to use and is additional support for securing my vehicle. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that the etrack used with 15 inch wheels will work better with longer than 4 feet tracks. The strap on the rachet is maxed out for tightening when using 4 feet.

Made in China ( what isn’t anymore) ordered these chalks because the versatility of towing different vehicles and wheelbases. the mounting slides are so tight and different from chalk to chalk that it takes a dead blow hammer to insert them into the slots that once they’re installed it would be very difficult to remove them. Not the simple well thought out idea it should of been.

Etrailer had the lowest price and shipping on these things. They work awesome. I use these on my e-track I laid down for my UTV. They click right in and sold. Drive right up to them and I’m perfectly in place every time and safely held in place for strapping down and hauling down the road. Worth buying of your moving a vehicle and want to keep things safe.

Works great for my situation I have 35 inch tires on a sxs using front and rear of front end of machine to cradle front wheels. No movement at all very happy with product.

They don’t fit very well in the tracks. Slightly too large. The big wheel chock sucks. Does not hold bike upright. Had to get another manufacturer, [online], it hold the bike very well. More money but it works very well. Had to get a narrow chock for skinnier tires. [online} does it all…

This chock works with horizontal E-track and clicks into place. Please see mark 0.52 in the video link below to see it. It measures to be 85 inches long x 6.375 inches wide x 45 inches tall. It works with most race cars, hot rods, ATVs, UTVs.

Great product.. I bought a 14' Aluma tilt trailer, and had some aluminum E-track installed. I can attach these Erickson E-Chock Wheel Chocks anywhere I need them. I load my Polaris and attach my Tire/wheel nets, and I'm ready to roll. These removable Erickson E-Chock Wheel Chocks also allow me to use the same trailer for many other things, like general hauling, motorcycles, kayaks, etc..

These E-Track chocks have proved invaluable in being able to re-load my car in the trailer back to the same location every time. Trailer balance is important and knowing the clearances to the front and back of the inside of an enclosed trailer is key. Once establishing the best location for these criteria, easy repeatability takes a big load off knowing you're properly positioning your car.

BOUGHT THE E-CHOCK TO LET ME KNOW WHEN TO STOP IN THE TRAILER. IT IS VERY WELL MADE AND HOOKS INTO THE E-TRACK FAIRLY EASY CONSIDERING THAT YOU HAVE TO HOOK THE FRONT AND BACK INTO THE E-TRACK. ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE LONG WAIT BECAUSE THE SUPPLIER DID NOT SUPPLY THEM TO ETRAILER...WAIT WAS ABOUT SIX WEEKS.

Looks like this would be a great item, but the E-Tracks on my trailer are recessed by 1/2" and I can not attach the stop to the current e-track. I may try putting some track higher so this could attach

The etrailer E Track Wheel Tie-Down Straps item # e62NR and the Erickson E-Chock Wheel Chock item # EM09162 are designed to attach to the Erickson Horizontal E Track item # EM59150. Are All of the E-track and X-Track Accessories Interchangeable
That's a fine question. Unlike many things in this world the companies like Kinedyne, Erickson and Cargo Smart all made the tracks the same size! So luckily for us we can use any of the e-track or x-track accessories like the Erickson E-Chock Wheel Chock for E-Track part # EM09162 interchangeably. As a side note I really like X-Track or E-Track and find it to be extremely handy. Enjoy.

Can Wheel Nets or Wheel Straps be Used With Wheel Chocks on E-Track
You can use either wheel nets or wheel straps with the Erickson E-Chock Wheel Chock for E-Track # EM09162 (this is a quantity of one strap but can be ordered in a pair at part # EM09162-2). I recommend the Erickson Adjustable Wheel Net with E-Track Fittings - 1,166 lbs # 77314 or Erickson E-Track Wheel Tie-Down Strap with Roller Idler and Ratchet - 2" x 12' - 1,100 lbs # EM58523. Weight Rating
The manufacturer does not provide a weight rating for the Erickson E-Chock Wheel Chock for E-Track, # EM09162. These are designed with overall dimensions of 8-1/2" long x 6-3/8" wide x 4-1/2" tall and to be used with a tie-down strap. The purpose is to provide a wedge/stop point of tire while the strap or wheel net holds item in place.

How Far Apart Are Mounting Holes For Erickson Horizontal E-Track EM19147
The mounting holes are 2 inches apart, and to ensure its full capacity we do recommend screws in every mounting hole for the Erickson Horizontal E-Track # EM19147. While we do not have the mounting hardware, the mounting holes are 1/4" diameter, so that's the size you'd want, with the correct length depending on how thick your wooden planks are; just be sure to get wood screws which I'm sure you knew but I just wanted to be thorough for you. Availability of E-Chock Wheel Chocks and E-Track Strap for Honda SXS With 32 Inch Tires
While we do have separate E-Chocks available like the # EM09162, they require E-Track rails like the # e65VR. Unfortunately, the E-chocks with the E-track slots are only available with the # EM98CV tie-down kit. There is also no way to substitute the straps in the kit. We do have longer straps available like the Erickson E-Track Strap with Ratchet # EM59136. This strap is 12' long x 2" wide and has a safe working load limit of 1,165 lbs.

How Many Wheel Chocks part # EM09162 Would be Required to Secure Car to Trailer
You would only need to use one of the E-Track Wheel Chocks part # EM09162 with the Erickson E-Track Wheel Tie-Down Strap with Roller Idler and Ratchet # EM58523 that you referenced. Only one chock would prevent the vehicle from moving. I would use at least two of the straps though just to be safe. Having them on all 4 wheels would be your best option.

Mounting E-Tracks in Enclosed Trailer
There needs to be some type of strong structural component on your trailer where you want to mount the Erickson Horizontal E-Track # EM59150. There is nothing that I can recommend which will ensure they will be strong enough unless your trailer has the proper place to mount the tracks. You may want to consider putting the E-track on the floor and then using Erickson E-Chock Wheel Chock for E-Track # EM09162 and ratcheting straps such as # EM59136.

How Do I Figure Out What Hub And Bearings I Need For My Enclosed Trailer?
Hey Nicholas, I can definitely point you in the right direction. Unfortunately, there is no database that we can reference that would tell us hub or bearing specs based on the VIN number. Only the manufacturer of the trailer could provide that kind of info. In order to recommend hubs and bearings we would need the following information: - Axle weight capacity - Hub bolt pattern - Inner and outer bearing numbers/sizes. There should be a tag on the axle that shows the weight capacity....

Compatibility of Erickson EM09162 e-Track Mounted Wheel Chock with Vertical e-Track.
The Erickson # EM09162 E-Chock Wheel Chock will work with vertical e-track, but the chock will sit perpindicular to the e-track, rather than inline as it would sit with standard e-track. The slots in the standard and the vertical e-track are the same exact dimensions. I've linked a product description video featuring the e-track mounted wheel chock.

Available Erickson E-Track Wheel Chocks
Erickson offers only one size of E-Track wheel chock which measures 8-1/2 long x 6-3/8 wide x 4-1/2 tall. This is offered as a single chock under part # EM09162 and as a pair under part # EM09162-2. Erickson does offer a wheel chock and tie-down kit for ATVs, part # EM09160, which uses bolt-on chocks that attach directly to a trailer's deck (not to E-Tracks). With your finished floor setup this might be a better option.
