Dimensions for Portions of etrailer Trailer Fenders

Hi I am looking at a couple different model #s. HP76VR and HP99VR. The measurements given on the web site are that the J101936 is 10inch wide, 36inch long and 19 1/4inch tall. I would assume that in the picture I attached, line #1 would be the tall mesasurement from the website, #2 line would be the length measurement and I know the width would be how much of the tire it covers width wise. But my questions are, what are the measurements on line #3 and #4 from my picture for both models? I would assume that #4 would be similar to the tallinch measurement but slightly different as it is not straight up and down. And Im unsure of the length of line #3 as well. Can you provide those measurements for both models #s?

I went out to the warehouse and pulled the two fenders and took the measurements you requested of each one.
The dimensions of the etrailer Trailer Fender # HP99VR from the side starting from the ground straight up to the midpoint of the radius measures 15 inches. The dimension for the top from the midpoint of the radius (both sides) is 7 1/2 inches.
The dimensions of the etrailer brand Trailer Fender # HP76VR from the side starting from the ground straight up to the midpoint of the radius measures 17-1/2 inches. The dimension for the top from the midpoint of the radius (both sides) is 20 inches.
I have attached two images showing the dimensions.
