You will want to torque the fasteners in the following sequence for the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ram Truck item # C16427-204:
a) mounting rails to the frame brackets to 110 lb-ft.
b) frame brackets to the truck frame to 96 lb-ft.
