Yes, a 16 inch trailer wheel and tire can easily fit in place of a 15 inch 6 lug wheel and tire like with the part # AM34834. This is the size ST235/80R16 which has a weight capacity of 3,500-lb maximum load at 90 psi and has an overall diameter of 30-7/8 inches.
