This wheel is made to stay tight and true no matter how far you roll. The 16" x 6" Aluminum Eagle Trailer Wheel has steel inserts pressed into the lug nut wells that keep the holes from wearing down and eliminate the need for constant retightening. It locks onto the hub securely every time, giving lasting peace of mind when you’re towing heavy loads.
Corrosion doesn’t stand a chance here. The rustproof aluminum build holds up against moisture, while the automotive-grade clear coat protects the glossy black finish from scuffs and scratches. It’s a sharp, clean look that stays that way season after season, even when exposed to rough weather.
Each wheel is rated for 3,300 lbs and meets DOT and SAE J1204 standards, so it’s built for serious hauling. A 0 offset keeps load distribution balanced across the hub, while the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern and 4.25" pilot diameter make for a strong, consistent fit with standard hardware sizes—1/2"-20 and 9/16"-18 wheel bolts.
The wheel arrives with a valve stem installed so it’s ready for tire mounting right away. The center cap is sold separately, giving you flexibility to pick the style you like best—like adding the matching black cap (part # CXF104B) if you want a finished look that ties everything together.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

A little shrink wrap would go a long way. Wheels had no protective packaging, just rubbing around in a cardboard box for some nice rim finish removal.

The wheel itself is fine but there was no cap on the tire valve allowing dirt or leak causing debris to get in the valve. It is a little thing that should not happen.
Great wheels. Got a good deal on two that had minor blemishes. Mounted them a few weeks ago and my trailer not only looks great but also being able to safely tow with newer wheels makes it all that more enjoyable. Thank you etrailer!!

The Wheels are great; they are what they are. I could probably get these wheels or equals at a number of places, what is exceptional is etrailer customer service. Their website gives lots of information and from the point of ordering I could easily track the progress (which was very quick) of my order.
