Parts Needed to Match Up Wiring on Semi Tractor to RV with 7-Way Wiring Connector

Question:
Is there a connector to connect a male 7 way pin Semi to a 7 way RV male ? We are trying to pull a 53ft, RV trailer with a Semi tractor. Thanks

The best way for you to connect a 7-Way RV trailer connector to your Semi is by installing an RV-Style 7-Way socket, and for that I recommend the Pollak 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket # PK11898.
We do have some adapters on our site but those won't work with the Semi connector which is why you need to splice in a whole new kit. Here are the functions that you need to connect to the different color wires on the Pollak connector:
Red - Left Turn and Stop - 14 gauge
White - Ground - 10 gauge
Blue - Electric Brakes - 12 gauge
Green - Right Turn and Stop - 14 gauge
Black - Battery - 12 gauge
Brown - Running Lamps - 14 gauge
Yellow - Backup Lamps - 14 gauge
