The Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System # BLU37TR will work great with your 2023 Ford Bronco. This braking system will work with/without models that have the signature LED taillights and with this being a portable system means it can be transported to a different vehicle down the line if need be.
Also, I'm going to assume that you have everything else needed to flat tow considering you're only asking about a braking system, however in case you don't have everything you're also going to need:
-A base plate, like the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM79RR,
-A set of tow bars, like the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar w/ LED Lights # RM-676,
&
-A wiring harness, like the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267.
