I have a fan-tastic 4000t with broken lid from a 1993 motorhome. Looks like this K1020-19. Can you confirm that the K1020-19 is the correct lid for me?

Hey Aaron, since it's a Fan-Tastic roof vent the correct lid would be the part #FVK1020-19 that you referenced. They've only used the one roof vent lid design over the years.
