I have a 2017 Rockwood A122TH with 2 20# propane tanks. The cover only says LP on it. Not Camco. Are these covers/lid universal?

The replacement lids for propane tank covers aren't universal so since you aren't sure that your cover is a Camco (sounds like it's not) I can't guarantee this would work.
Instead your best solution that we can provide would be an all new cover like the # CAM40565.
