The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Trailer 4-Pole Wiring Harness # C55372 that you referenced is a correct fit for your 2003 Chevrolet Tracker. This 4-pole trailer harness installs by simply plugging in to a connection point in the rear cargo area of your Tracker. You do not need to cut or splice any wires.

Once you have connected the harness to your Trackers wiring you will have stop, turn and tail light functions for your trailer.
