Question:

I have a 4 pole flat wire harness end with 6 wires going into it. The first pole with the rubber on it has 2 white wires, the 2nd pole has 2 brown wires, the third pole has 1 yellow wire and the fourth pole has a green wire. looking for replacement end.

It sounds like you have something similar to a wishbone wiring harness with 2 running light circuits and then also 2 ground circuits. To replace this, I recommend the Hopkins Endurance Quick-Fix Replacement 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector w LED Test Lights # HM48192 where you will simply match the current wires to the correct terminal for function.
