I am looking at getting a 2001 Ford ranger flareside and was wondering if there is a combination of bed racks that would allow me to use a camper shell or tonneau cover at the same time?

I have a two different combinations you can go with in order to use both a tonneau cover and ladder rack on your 2001 Ford Ranger flareside.

Option 1: The Pace Edwards JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover w Explorer Rails # 311-JEF0908 and the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack # Y01151-57 long with the Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit # Y01155.

Option 2: The Access TonnoSport Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A22010139 and the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43001XT-600.

Of the two I personally prefer Option 1, but it is the more expensive option since you're getting a retractable cover.
