Can I Attach a Yakima Overhaul Ladder Rack to a BAKFlip Tonneau Cover on a 2024 Ford Maverick?

Will my 2024 Ford Maverick and work the Bakflip mx4 and the Yakima Overhaul HD? I assume this combination requires the Truxedo Ts rails in order to attach the rack with this bed cover and attaching the rack in this manner reduces the rack load rating to 300 lbs. Is that correct?

Yes, you can Adrian! The BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover item # BAK52RV will work with the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Tonneau Cover Adapters item # Y01151-5755. You'll just need to install the TS Rails for TruXedo Elevate Rack System item # TH25FR.
You are correct the capacity when set up in this orientation on your 2024 Ford Maverick will be limited to 300 lbs.

I tried this but the overhaul baseplates overlap with the backflip cover making it so you can’t fold it up. Didn’t miss something? How did you get around this?
