No, you're going to need to change out your hub and drums if you want to convert to oil baths. For your 7K axles you're either going to need the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-219-9UC3, or the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-219-9UC3-A.
To figure out which hub and drum will work on your axles, you're going to need to find measurements on the spindles of your axles as there are differences in the size of oil seal between the two hubs.
