While a Fish Wire # C58410 is not required to install the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e25TR it can come in very helpful. It will help you to feed the 7/16" carriage bolt into the frame on your 2024 Subaru Outback when installing the receiver. Another popular option is to use a magnetic retrieval tool to place the bolt in the frame and hold it in place while you tighten the flange nut. I have linked an install video done on a 2023 Outback where the installer used a fish wire to place the bolt.
