Does this hitch fit a 2024 outback wilderness? Most other hitches that fit a 23 also fit a 24.

It most likely will but Draw-Tite hasn't confirmed any of their hitches fit 2024 vehicles. Draw-Tite's parent company was bought out earlier this year so as of (09-09-23) they haven't updated any of their hitches for the 2024 model years. I am sorry I can not give you a solid yes or no answer but we just don't have that information yet.
You are correct though all of the hitches from the 2023 Subaru Outback Wildernesses fit the 2024 Outback's. I took a look at the instructions and the Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite tem # DT74YR installs in the exact same way as the etrailer item # e25TR which has been confirmed to fit the 2024 Outback Wilderness.
