What can I say? It's there, it looks excellent with the finish on the ball and pin, and it's rated for what I need to tow. All in all, it came in on time and at a good price.
The product is great. I just wish it had arrived on time. It arrived a day late, which caused issues.

Upgrade from my other Class3 hitch that just had a 6000LB rating. I like the look of the nickel plated ball and the powder coat, goes well with the truck.
Ok kids, let's talk customer service.
When I ordered my ball mount assembly pictured above, I typed in half of my new address and half of my old address, these addresses are 1600mi apart. I didn't realize this until after my order was being shipped in the wrong direction, all of this was my fault.
Anyway, after a few panicked calls and emails to Joshua... let me go on a tangent here about Joshua...he returns phone calls and emails like no one ever! Joshua for president!
Anyway, Joshua got it squared away and I got the product I ordered...

My truck has the blackout package and the matte finish and gray color to the ball look great.
Worked great, it was a little low for my application, but easy to flip the ball around and install that way!

Glad that you can still use the mount! What are you hauling?
Although it took longer than anticipated to arrive, the product is exactly what I was looking for.
Quality products. The installation wasn’t bad. Watch the videos, they help.
Product looks good. I will have to reverse the ball as I need a 2-3 inch lift, not drop. Just need to find my big wrench to get it done.
Worked great for my stock standard 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. was an appopriate drop (maybe even too much, a 2" might have been fine)
Etrailer recommended this for our 2025 Honda CRV. The product is fine, but the recommendation was wrong. Every trailer we've hooked to this 4" drop is too low.
