Hi, I currently own the Curt Custom Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # C59JR and have misplaced one of the lynch pins. Do you sell replacement lynch pins or is there anything unique about the lynch pins that I would have to look for to replace them at a hardware store? Would a correct size trailer hitch pin clip be a suitable replacement? Thanks in advance for your response.

Yes you can absolutely use a different pin as long as it has the correct diameter. We carry pins here that will be perfectly acceptable to use, but we do not have a direct replacement for the pins that came with your Curt base plate # C59JR. Curt does make a generic clevis pin. We have;
# C45805 for a 1/2" diameter pin.
# C45804 for a 5/8" diameter pin.
# C45803 for a 1" diameter pin.

Jesse, what is the diameter of the hole on the Curt Base Plate C59JR ? I would like to either source a more robust solution in place of the pin that comes with it that people are having issues with or order one from etrailer. Thank you
