Yes, you can install the Lock N Roll Articulating Hitch # 336VS503 on the Curt Channel Style Adjustable Ballmount # C45900. The holes on the Lock N Roll are 5/8" diameter and spaced every 2" on center. This will fit the Curt having the same 5/8" diameter holes spaced every 1" on center. This will give you more adjustments than the Lock N Roll 3-Position # 336TS505 or 5-Position # 336TS515 receivers.
