Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a three position adjustable channel bracket. Now this adjustable high channel bracket is designed for lock and roll couplers, but it can be used with other adjustable channel couplers as well. It fits inside of a two inch by two inch receiver. You'll notice here that we do have a hollow tube design, durable steel construction. But this channel bracket allows you to adjust your coupler's height to match different trailer or vehicle heights. We have four mount holes on each side, which gives you three mounting positions.
So position one, position two, and position three.This bracket will accept accessories designed to fit three inch wide channels, and we can tell that by taking an inside edge to inside edge right here on the bracket itself, which measures right around that three inch mark. This can be used in either the drop or rise positions, whatever works best for your application. The hole spacing, these holes right here are separated on center by two inches and they will accommodate 5/8 inch diameter bolts, hardware not included.Again, we are looking at a sturdy steel construction, very strong and durable with a protective finish that keeps it safe from rust and corrosion. When it comes to the maximum towing capacity we're looking at 11,000 pounds. Maximum tongue weight capacity is 1,100 pounds.
I did take a measurement of the overall length. I measured from the very front to the very back, got a measurement of around 11 and 3/4 inches. From the center of the hitch-pin hole to the front of the unit measures about 9 and 1/4. From the center of the hitch-pin hole to the center of the adjustment holes is about 8 and 3/8s inches.Now to secure this in your receiver you will need a hitch-pin and clip or a hitch-lock. Those items are sold separately and available at etrailer.com.
The pinholes on the unit will accept a standard 5/8 inch diameter pin. The product's made in the USA and it is covered with a limited lifetime warranty.That's going to do it for today's look at the three position adjustable channel bracket.
