Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a Five Position Adjustable Channel Bracket. This adjustable height channel bracket is designed for Lock N' Roll Couplers, but can be used with other channel couplers and accessories as well. It fits inside of a two inch by two inch receiver. The channel bracket allows you to adjust the couplers' height to match different trailer or vehicle heights. You have six mount holes on each side, one, two, three, four, five six, so that's going go give you five mounting positions. Position one, two, three, four and five.
They can be used in either the drop or rise position, so whatever works best for your application. The whole space again on the unit, each hole is separated on center by two inches. It will accommodate 5/8 inch diameter bolts. We're looking at a nice durable steel construction with protective finishing to keep it safe from rust and corrosion. The unit features a max towing capacity of 11,000 pounds, and a max tongue weight capacity of 1100 pounds. I did take a measurement of the overall length, so I measured from the very front to the very back and got about 11 3/4 inches.
From the center of the hitch pin hold to the front of the bracket, it measures 9 1/4 inches. From the center of the hitch pin hold to the center of the adjustment holes is 8 1/4 inches. This bracket bottom to top measures 11 3/4 inches tall. The product's made in the USA, and it covered with a limited lifetime warranty. Now when it comes to the accessories or couplers that you want to put in here, this is designed to fir three-inch wide accessories or accessories designed for three-inch wide channels, and we can tell that by taking a measurement here on the inside edge to inside edge, we get really close to that three-inch measurement. And that's going to do it for today's look at the Five Position Adjustable Channel Bracket..

Insert this bracket into your 2" hitch receiver to mount your Lock 'N' Roll vehicle-side hitch or a different adjustable-height coupler. 5-Position channel lets you move hitch or coupler up or down to match your trailer's height.Discovered just what I needed. Perfect match. And the delivery came far before I expected. I didn't know if my new trailer hitch would function at all my old trailer. Luckily, Lock n Roll had me covered. We'll built and right on target.
Beware! This product tappers in making the opening less than 3in. I thought it would be perfect but after hitting it in with a mallet and too much chipped paint I can’t force in the last bit because it gets narrower.
I think it'll work although it may be about an inch to tall, so the tailgate rests on top of channel. No big deal, I'll probably just cut off an inch.

I see the pictures that you sent about the ball mount and the width of the channel bracket. I do have a few questions that I want to ask. Would it be possible to measure with a set of dial calipers or a micrometer? This would give the most accurate readings. It is possible that it is a variance issue. When the channel bracket and the ball mount are machined it can create variances in the specs. So it is possible that the channel bracket is on the smaller side width wise and the ball mount is on the bigger side. Or if there any weld or slag build up on the side of the ball mount it can make it hard to use. Have you tried sand papering the sides a little bit to see if that helps?
