Will this work on a grand design 31mb. It has quite a bit of tail wiggle and we are just looking for a more stable experience.

As long as your Grand Design Reflection 31MB has a 2" trailer hitch receiver on the back of it, and from the center of the hitch pin hole to the ground measures 19" - 39-3/4" then the MORryde Hitch Mounted Trailer Stabilizer for 2" Trailer Hitches # MR22AR you were looking at will work perfectly.
The # MR22AR will do a great job of providing extra stabilization to your trailer while it is parked.
If you do not already have a trailer hitch receiver on your 31MB you can add one using the Curt # C13701 if your frame is 18" - 51" wide, or the # 13703 if your frame is between 22" - 72" wide.
