No, but there is one that does so long as your 2017 Honda Civic Coupe doesn't have center exhaust. It is the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C11463. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Honda with included hardware. It is also a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver.
If you have the center exhaust there are no hitches available for your Civic Coupe. The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C11391 you were looking at stopped fitting Civic's in 2015.
We had a 2017 Honda Civic in awhile back and installed this hitch on it. I have attached a couple of pictures below along with an installation video to show you what it looks like and help you get it set up.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56324 and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
