Yes, the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391AUDQ518 you're referencing will work great with your 2023 Audi Q5. This hitch has a maximum tongue weight capacity of 600 lbs, but when the towing kit # 391CONVD5 is used will have a maximum GTW of 6,000 lbs.
When the towing kit is not being used, you are only going to be able to use hitch mounted accessories as the receiver is not rated for it.
