To add a hitch to your 2023 Kia Telluride, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C13420. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Kia with included hardware.

We recently installed one of these hitches and the best part about it is that the crosstube mounts behind the rear bumper. This leaves only the 2" receiver visible. I have attached a couple of pictures below so you can see what I am talking about.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a ball mount kit item # C45534 and a wiring harness item # C93FV if you do not have the towing package.

I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
