No, it does not but I have one that does. To mount in the Ford factory puck system you will want the Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Ford OEM Legs item # C16545-16017.
If you already own the Curt Q24 item # C16245 you can still attach it to your F-350's factory puck system. There are two options to do so. The first is to replace the legs using the Curt OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch Legs item # C16017. The second way is to use the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C88KR.
