I have a 2021 GMC 2500 AT4 HD and checking to see if the RetraxPro MX cover is compatible with the Thule TracRac SR overhead rack and base rail.

Yes, the RetraxPro MX is compatible with the Thule TracRac SR. However, this will require slight modification of the tonneau cover rails since they cover a portion of the stake pockets. All you have to do is cut the rail on the RetraxPro MX to allow for full access of the stake pocket to install the TracRac SR rails.
According to Retrax this is perfectly acceptable and won't impact the performance of the cover or void the warranty. If your 2021 Sierra 2500 AT4 has the 6-3/4' bed you need the # RTX22FR along with the # TH94RE. If you have the 8' bed you need the # RT80485 along with the # TH43002XT-780.
