Question:
I’m going to connect my 15,000 lb blue ox tow bar to my after market bumper. It has vertical tans that hold clevis shackles. The hole in the tabby is 1”. What adapter would I need to connect from the tow bar to the bumper tab.

You will need the 1" Blue Ox Off-Road Bumper Adapters # BX88358 mounted on your 15,000LB Blue Ox Tow Bar # BX7470. These adapters will replace the standard knuckle on the end of the tow bar. You will need to ensure your tabs are no more than 1-1/8" wide and your bumper is rated for towing as often times the tabs are not reinforced enough making them strong enough for the constant forces of flat towing.
I recommend carrying a spare set of 1" Pins and Spacers # BLU83XR as they are often the first thing which turns up missing.
