To replace the hardware for your Curt Trailer Hitch item # C12091, you will need the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches item # RHK. To order the correct kit you will want to go to the # RHK product page and on the right side put in Curt for the manufacturer and C12091 for the Hitch item Number. This will get you a new set of hardware and the fish wiring tool you will need to complete the installation on your 2016 Ford Fusion.
