Hello I need a replacement hardware kit for the Curt 12091 trailer hitch for the 2016 Ford Fusion Se hybrid. Can you help please and thank you.

To replace the hardware for your Curt Trailer Hitch item # C12091, you will need the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches item # RHK. To order the correct kit you will want to go to the # RHK product page and on the right side put in Curt for the manufacturer and C12091 for the Hitch item Number. This will get you a new set of hardware and the fish wiring tool you will need to complete the installation on your 2016 Ford Fusion.
