How to Display License Plate While Using Thule OutWay Trunk Bike Rack

I am interested in a 2 bicycle trunk mount rack like the Thule TH45JV or similar. However, the state of New Jersey requires license plates to be unobscured. Do you have any solutions/products to recommend to enable this?

We do indeed have a product that will allow you to show your license plate while also using the Thule OutWay Trunk Bike Rack # TH45JV:

- Thule License Plate Holder for Bike Racks # TH35JV

This is really simple as all you do is strap the holder directly to the outer-most bike hanging on the OutWay # TH45JV. The holder even has lights which you can power by just plugging into your vehicle's 4-way (if you have one). If you don't have a 4-way or don't want to use the lights, that's fine too as the holder will still work.
