Are There 19' Wide RV Awnings Available With Only An 8' Projection

I’m looking for a replacement awning kit for my 2018 Montana High Country 362RD. The awning is 19’ but I think it only projects 8’ because the mounting arms on the side of the RV are only 69” whereas your 9’8 projection model has 78” mounts I believe. Do you have a complete kit for 19’ and 8’ projection. Thanks

We don't currently offer a complete kit with for an 19' awning with only an 8' projection so you would have to buy all the components separately or use the Solera XL 12V Power RV Awning - 19' Wide - 9'8" Projection - Black Fade # LCV000334966-362243 or White Fade # LCV000335007-362241. You're correct that these would have a 78" arm height so you'd want to measure your trailer to ensure these would fit. If not then you'll need the following components:
Roller and Fabric Kit for 19' Solera Power and Hybrid RV Awnings - Solid Black # LCV000211513
Support Arm Assembly for Solera Flat RV Awnings - 69" Long # LC281154 (you would need two of these)
Idler Head for Solera Power RV Awnings # LC273479
Drive Head for Solera Power RV Awnings # LC273478
Switch Kit for Solera Power RV Awnings # LC285500
Since the drive head comes with a 2-pole connector but the switch won't have one you'd have to either cut it off or splice in one # PK12200 to connect to the switch.
You'd most likely end up spending more parting the whole thing together rather than just buying the kit and then two replacement arms # LC281154 so I really don't recommend buying it all separately.
You'll want to pick up some butyl tape # AL28FJ for the backside of the mounting brackets and some non-sag sealant # 344270341437-1 to fill in the hole you'll drill into the wall for the wiring. On anything 16' or larger you'll also start to see a dip in the middle when the awning is retracted so I always recommend also installing a cradle # LC289374 to prevent it from wagging in the wind as you tow the trailer.
