Hello, I recently imported 1997 hilux surf ssr-x, with the rear mounted, swing out spate tire. Will a 97 4runner hitch bolt on?

I do have a solution, but there are no custom fit hitches with a bolt-on installation for your 1997 Toyota Hilux Surf SSR-X. The only option is to use a universal hitch like the Curt Class 5 # C47CR. This weld-on hitch fits vehicle frames up to 44". We recommend taking it to a certified welder for installation.
