The hitch that will be hidden the most on your 2020 Subaru Forester is going to be the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C47HR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Subaru with included hardware. The crosstube part of this hitch installs behind your Forester's rear bumper cover. This leaves only the 2" receiver visible below your car.
I have linked a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like once installed.
The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C47HR is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 350 lbs maximum tongue weight.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56040 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
