Best Hitch for Ground Clearance for 2021 Subaru Forester

I’m looking for the most off-road clearance in a hitch design so I’m considering the EcoHitch, but my concern is using the hitch as a recovery point, and if another manufacturer would be a better choice? I probably won’t tow often, just carry a bike rack, and be there if I get stuck.

The hitch for your 2021 Subaru Forester that has the best ground clearance is for sure the Stealth Hitch part # SH65MR which has a detachable hitch opening that hangs below the bumper which means when not needed you'd have no reduced ground clearance.

For more of a traditional hitch that doesn't have a removable portion the Curt hitch part # C47HR would be a really great option that only has the hitch opening that hangs below the rear bumper and has safety chain loops that are decent sized for a recovery point.
