Howdy, my truck came with the older model airlift system part#25870. It didn’t come with a remote unfortunately. Is this version compatible with the app, I’ve been trying to connect it but haven’t had any luck

No, unfortunately the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Hand-Held Remote - Single Path 25870 you have is not compatible with the Firestone app.

The replacement remote can just be purchased however with # AL72704, or if you wanted to upgrade your system to a newer system that is compatible with the app, you can use the Air Command Compressor System w/ Light Duty Compressor # F2610.

This new system will include everything you need to make the swap, however this kit is designed to work with Firestone air springs.
