Finding information on the Tie Down 46250 was not an easy task as it was discontinued awhile back. From what I could find, it looks like the calipers marked 46250 often times have to change the mounting bracket and rotor/hub in addition to the calipers. This means the DeeMaxx Disc Brake Caliper # DE86VR would not be an exact replacement and likely not compatible.

Your best option is going to be a full replacement like the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2R35D if you have a 3,500 lb. axle or the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2R526D is you have a 5,200 lb. or 6,000 lb. axle. This will allow you to replace your current system and have a system with replacement parts more readily available.

@SteveG Tom never got back to us so we can't say for certain, but since the kit Scott recommended is a full replacement kit I can say pretty confidently it'll work.
