How do I know what spring tension is my bar is ? 400 or 600 lb ? Is it stamped on the bar? My are painted over so can’t read it.

It is not going to be stamped on the bars, unfortunately, The easiest way to determine which spring bars you have is to measure the inside hole on the head where the spring bars would go.
If you measured 1", then the correct bars you'd need are the Replacement Spring Bars for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems # EQ90-01-0499;
If you measured 1-1/4", then the correct bars you'd need are the Replacement Spring Bars for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems # EQ90-01-0699;
If your measurement is 1-3/8", then the bars you'd need are the Replacement Spring Bars for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems # EQ90-01-1099;
If the measurement is 1-1/2", then the bars you'd need are the Replacement Spring Bars for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems # EQ90-01-1499.
