The box was damaged during shipping but all the hardware and instructions were bagged and tapped to the hitch receiver. Instructions were very clear and the install took me 40 minutes. I had to loosen the bumper bolts and raise the bumper so the hitch receiver can bolt to the frame. Great quality and fit. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a hitch receiver.

Arrived in just a few days.. appreciated the sale price and the hitch was made in the U.S.A with excellent quality. Installation was straight forward and all the mounting holes lined up perfectly. The hitch looked amazing in the matte black finish and it tucked very nicely up under the bumper for a factory look. 100% recommend. Avoid bolt together foreign hitches.

First of all I want to thank George for taking care of my issue with the delivery.
My son received the package and he told me the box was damaged and had a hole in it and heard a lot of rattling in the box. We opened it up and the bag of hardware wasn't stuffed in the hitch like it was supposed to be. We were missing some hardware.
I called up talked to George and he apologized and sent out new hardware.

The hitch has performed as expected, and I am not encountered any issues or quality concerns thus far during the first two years of ownership. The build quality is exceptional for this price point. Installation was exceedingly easy on the model year (1999) F150 I installed it on. The included hardware seems of high-quality. Home installation does not require the removal of any parts. Installing with a friend is the preferred method.

The hitch receiver looks good and fits well. The cable for the trailer lights gets squished a little, and there is not enough cable to route it around the hitch receiver, but it isn't too bad. My biggest complaint is that the rear-most bolts holding the hitch receiver to the truck frame (2002 F150) have limited clearance because of the hitch receiver frame itself. But, the bolt sticks out enough through the nut that a shallow socket won't work. Neither will a standard deep socket because of the limited clearance. So, to tighten those bolts to the recommended 110 ft-lbs of torque, you need a 1/2" drive 3/4 semi-deep socket. That is an unusual socket that most people will not have readily available. Huge pain in the ass to find one. A 1/2" drive 19 mm metric socket might also work if it has enough depth for the bolt.

because shipping box damaged it was scheduled for return. I had to go down to UPS and retrieve it knowing it probably was ok. I was right but could understand why it cardboard was damaged. no problem but ball on ball mount was not there? it took time to do all that but was glad to have it and not wait to have resent. the trailer hitch was fine and not damaged.

Just installed it in less than 30 minutes. It fit perfectly on my girlfriends 2002 F150 unlike some other universal hitches. No drilling or struggling to line up holes. Just lift it up and install bolts and tighten. If everything I installed was this easy it would be fantastic. It also was shipped on time. Thank you
