Will Installation Of The EcoHitch Receiver Be The Same On a 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness?

Question:
I just purchased a 2023 Outback Wilderness Edition. Is the installation video showing installation on a 2022 Outback for the echohitch hidden trailer hitch the same for the 2023 Outback Wilderness Edition? I ask because I am not sure the bumper is the same on the Wilderness Edition as on a Standard Outback. Thanks

The installation for the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH34FR on your 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness will be the same as on the 2022 you saw in the video I linked below. While your rear fascia does have a different appearance they both use all the same attachment points.
I recommend installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118467 when you install the receiver. This will make the installation easier and also allow you better access if you wish to run the 4-way outside your rear compartment if you do not want to run it out the rear hatch when needed.
